Both documents cover ovivo.one, the website you are reading. The products described on it are not open yet, and each will have its own agreement and its own privacy notice, written to a stricter standard, when it is.

Privacy notice for this website
This notice covers ovivo.one. It is short because the site does very little. It holds no health information of any kind.
What this notice covers
This notice applies to ovivo.one and nothing else. Ovivo Record, the clinician workspace and the evidence engine are separate products running on separate infrastructure, and each will be governed by its own notice, written to a stricter standard because those products handle categories of data that this website does not. Those notices will be published before those products open. Nothing here should be read as covering them.
What we collect
If you fill in the interest form, we store:
- the email address you typed,
- which of our products you asked to hear about,
- which page you were on when you signed up, and
- the date you did it.
That is the complete list. We do not ask for your name, we do not ask anything about your health, and there is no field on this site in which you could tell us either.
If you email us, we hold that email and our reply, in the ordinary way that email works.
What we do not collect
- No health information. There is nowhere on this site to enter any, and we would not want it if there were.
- No advertising or tracking cookies. We do not run third-party advertising or social tracking scripts.
- No selling, ever. Your address is not sold, rented, or passed to anyone for their own marketing.
Why we hold it, and for how long
We hold your address for one purpose, which is to write to you about the thing you asked to hear about. Our basis for that is your consent, which you gave by submitting the form and can withdraw at any time. We keep it until you ask us to delete it, or until the product you registered for has launched and you have had a reasonable chance to hear about it.
Who else sees it
The list is stored with our database and hosting providers, under contract, in a project used only for this purpose and kept separate from anything holding clinical data.
Cookies
This site sets no cookies of its own for tracking or advertising. If we add analytics later we will ask first and say so here.
Children
This website is not directed at children and we do not knowingly collect their details.
Changes
We will post changes on this page and update the date at the top. If a change is material we will tell the people on the list rather than relying on them to re-read this.

What these terms cover
These terms apply to your use of ovivo.one. They do not grant you access to any Ovivo product, because none of the products described on this site is open to the public yet. When Ovivo Record, the clinician workspace or any other product opens, it will come with its own terms and its own privacy notice, and you will have to agree to those separately.
This site is information, not advice
Ovivo does not provide medical advice, diagnosis or treatment, and is not a substitute for care from a qualified health professional. If you have a health concern, speak to your doctor. In an emergency, contact your local emergency services.
Ovivo is not a medical device. Nothing on this website diagnoses anyone, recommends a treatment, or tells a clinician what to do. Where we build software that supports a clinical decision, that software is regulated as such, validated before use, and always leaves the decision with a qualified human being.
What we describe is partly not built
This site describes products at different stages, some running and some designed. We label which is which, and we try hard to keep those labels accurate. Even so, forward-looking descriptions are descriptions of intent. They are not commitments about dates, features or availability, and you should not make decisions in reliance on a thing that has not shipped.
The interest list
If you give us your email address, you are asking us to write to you about the products you ticked. You can ask us to stop and to delete your address at any time, and we will. Do not submit an address that is not yours.
Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- attempt to gain unauthorised access to this site or anything connected to it,
- submit automated or bulk entries to the interest form,
- use this site in a way that damages it or interferes with anyone else using it, or
- copy substantial parts of it and present them as your own.
Liability
This site is provided as it is. To the extent the law allows, we exclude liability for loss arising from your use of it or from reliance on anything described on it. Nothing here excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded, including under consumer law that applies to you.
Changes and governing law
We may change these terms and will update the date at the top when we do. These terms are governed by the laws of New Zealand, and the New Zealand courts have jurisdiction, without affecting any right you have to bring a claim where you live.
